DSD is committed to providing access to our electronic and information technology, including our web pages, for
individuals with disabilities in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

Furthermore, during the planning stages of our project work, DSD conducts an analysis of whether Section 508
requirements need consideration for any artifact, deliverable or work product that results from the project tasks
to be performed and delivered.  If Section 508 needs are prevalent, a thorough 508 compliance plan will be
developed and executed before final delivery.

Section 508 requires us to ensure that Federal employees with disabilities, and members of the public with disabilities
seeking information or services from us, have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to the
access and use by Federal employees, or members of the public who are not individuals with disabilities, unless
an undue burden would be imposed on us. To meet this commitment, our web pages have been designed to meet
or exceed the Section 508 standards.
