exchanges. Responsibilities include researching, validating and implementing
logistics data requests and business rules to prevent capabilities duplication.
Candidate will assist in developing and coordinating information management
strategies and policies. Responsibilities also include working with
functional and technical teams from Air Staff, MAJCOM and Joint Staff
offices. Must be able to multitask, work in a team environment, and
capable of working independently at a staff level.
Experience:
Candidate should have 2 years experience in data management. Excellent
staffing, coordination, presentation, and communication skills are required.
Experience with vocabulary and ontology development preferred with emphasis
on organizing and classifying XML and OWL files. Understanding of DoD
and AF information strategies, data dictionaries, and system development
life cycle is preferred. Strong analytical, problem solving and IT skills
are required. Understanding Air Force Logistics, Installations, and
Mission Support business operations is particularly important. Experience
with TopBraid software is beneficial, but not mandatory. Candidate must
have BA or BS degree in a related field and be willing to support occasional
travel.

Project Manager

Position Requirement;
The
Project Manager shall ;
assist
the government task manager in preparing the submittal to the OCIO Quarterly
Program Reviews (QPR).
•shall create and maintain a comprehensive project plan reflecting
scheduled test events (to include Gant chart/project plan) and Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS) that details and tracks activities, milestones,
and deliverables.
The PM shall use Microsoft Project for the ITS Project Plan.
•shall create and maintain a comprehensive deliverables schedule
reflecting the dates for delivery to DSS of specified deliverable documents
and reports. The schedule shall include all testing and contract specific
work events for the upcoming week•shall conform to industry best
practices for communications support•Participate at scheduled
DSS Vendor PM and VP Meetings. PM meetings shall be held weekly, or
as directed by the Test and Evaluation Branch Chief. .
•Provide a Status Report and Technical Interchange Meeting Minutes
(TIMM) for discussion at the vendor meetings. •Provide additional
written reports as may be required and negotiated
Qualifications;
•ITS Program Manager shall have at a minimum BS/BA Degree and
8 years experience (12 years of directly applicable experience may be
substituted for the education requirement), with at least 5 specific
to Information Technology and/or Software Testing/Quality Assurance;
PMP Certification.
•The contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain a Software
Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP), adhering to IEEE 730-2002

PRIMARY FUNCTION(S):
Lead acquisition advisor supporting the Global Broadcast Service (GBS)
program’s Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) Transition
Program. Assist in the preparation, review, and integration of acquisition
documentation and reports. Present program status briefings as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support a broad range of acquisition program planning and execution
tasks following DoDI 5000-series policy and guidance. Support program
or system acquisition by preparing applicable documents and reports
and analyzing contractor’s execution. Provide acquisition support
for program planning and program execution, including cost, schedule,
performance, and risk management.
Support prime contractor management through participation in telecons
and reviewing CDRL deliverables. Participate in program reviews and
evaluate contractor responses to action items. Draft contract letters
related to CDRLs and other contractor direction. Coordinate and support
key contractor meetings and site visits. Coordinate with IPT leads to
produce reports and briefings for senior level reviews. Manage planning
efforts to transition of the Interim SBM DECC Transition Help Desk to
Schriever AFB.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree Requirements: Masters Degree.
Relevant Experience: Fifteen years experience with a minimum of twelve
years experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs. Experience
with DoD contractor tasking, progress reviews, and management. Working
knowledge of related disciplines in Systems Program Office environment.
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction, to identify
key objectives and priorities, to define scope, plan of action, resources,
and capability to achieve mission requirements. Must have strong analytical
and communication skills, a positive attitude, ability to work well
with others and flexibility to changing workloads. Possess ability to
