1b. IDENTIFICATION OF THE LOWEST PRICE MODEL AND LOWEST UNIT PRICE:

DSD Laboratories, Inc.’s (DSD) identification of the lowest priced model number and the lowest unit price for that model for each Special Item Number (SIN) awarded in the contract can be found on the attached pricelist. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity / dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. DSD’s MOBIS contract does not have unit prices based on geographic location of the customer.

The maximum dollar value per order for this Federal Supply Schedule Price will be $1,000,000.00.

11a. TIME OF DELIVERY:

DSD provides labor hour services to Government/MOBIS customers. Qualified personnel will be staffed in accordance with the government task order requirement.


11b. EXPEDITED DELIVERY:

DSD provides labor hour service to Government/MOBIS customers. Expedited staffing of qualified personnel will be negotiated with the government customer on a case-by-case basis. Items available for expedited delivery are noted in this price list.


11c. OVERNIGHT AND 2-DAY DELIVERY:

DSD provides labor hour service to Government/MOBIS customers. Overnight and 2-day delivery / staffing of qualified personnel will be negotiated with the government customer on a case-by-case basis.


11d. URGENT REQUIREMENTS:

DSD provides labor hour service to Government/MOBIS customers. Urgent requirements will be negotiated with the government customer on a case-by-case basis. For the purpose of this contract, commitments, warranties, and representations include, in addition to those agreed to for the entire schedule contract:

• Time of delivery/installation quotations for individual orders;
• Technical representations and/or warranties of products concerning performance, total system performance and/or configuration, physical, design and/or functional characteristics and capabilities of a product/equipment/service/software package submitted in response to requirements which result in orders under this schedule contract.
• Any representations and/or warranties concerning the products made in any literature, description, drawings and/or specifications furnished by DSD.

The above is not intended to encompass items not currently covered by the GSA MOBIS Schedule contract.

Export packing charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the ordering customer.
