MAXIMUM ORDER
The maximum dollar value per order for this Federal Supply Schedule Price will be $1,000,000.00.

MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum dollar value per order for this Federal Supply Schedule Price will be $100.

DSD offers no standard discounts, however each government request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

PROMPT PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms for all contracted services are Net 30

GOVERNMENT PURCHASE CARDS
• ACCEPTED AT OR BELOW MICRO-PURCHASE THRESHOLD: DSD accepts the Government Purchase card for payments equal to or less than the micro-purchase threshold.
• ACCEPTED AT OR ABOVE MICROPURCHASE THRESHOLD: DSD accepts the Government Purchase card for payments equal to or above the micro-purchase threshold.

FOREIGN ITEMS: No foreign items are offered under Schedule GS-10F-0319K

TIME OF DELIVERY: To be determined by task order

EXPEDITED DELIVERY: Items available for expedited delivery are noted in this price list

OVERNIGHT AND 2-day DELIVERY: Overnight and 2-day delivery is available on a case-by-case basis. The schedule customer may contact DSD for rates for overnight and 2-day delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GOVERNMENT PURCHASE CARD ACCEPTANCE
DSD accepts the Government Purchase card for payments above the micro-purchase threshold. In addition, bank account information for wire transfer payments will be shown on the invoice.
