Disaster Recovery & Contigency Planning

Business Continuity Planning (BCP) refers to the measures your company will need to take to recover Information Technology services following an emergency, system disruption, or system intrusion. These measures may include the reallocation of IT systems and operations to an alternate site, the recovery of IT functions using alternate equipment, or the performance of IT functions using manual methods.

DSD-SSD uses a highly refined, effective, and rigorous Business Continuity Planning process that is based upon, meets, and exceeds NSA INFOSEC Assessment Methodology specifications. DSD offers all aspects of the BCP process in component and bundled packages.

DSD offers the following Business Continuity planning products
(Please click the links for more in-depthBusiness Plan information
about each product):

• Contingency Planning - Identifies threats and vulnerabilities to your business IT Systems.

• Disaster Recovery Planning - Quick, efficient recovery of IT capabilities following natural disasters.

• Incident Response Planning - Protection against and recovery from cyber attacks.

The DSD Business Continuity Planning process covers any size business that is concerned about the survivability of their systems and their
customer data. Contact DSD Security System Division for more information.
