Netcents 2The Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) contracts provide the Air Force with a primary source of netcentric and IT products, services, and solutions. Use of the NETCENTS-2 contracts is mandatory for Air Force organizations. Netcents-2 includes application services support to mission areas overseen by portfolio managers, Communities of Interest (COIs), project offices, and program offices.

With a $15 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, Alliant Small Business allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements, while strengthening opportunities for small businesses.

Alliant Small Business features fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour, and time-and-materials task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services to meet Government mission requirements.

The scope of the contract will change to coincide with the current definition of Information Technology.

GSAThe Professional Services Schedule (PSS) ( is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID-IQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services including advertising and marketing solutions, business consulting services, environmental services, financial and business services, language services, logistics solutions and professional engineering solutions.

GSA created the single Professional Services Schedule (PSS) to give federal-agency acquisition professionals the ability to obtain total contract solutions for their professional services needs using a single contract vehicle. For both industry and GSA, PSS eliminates significant contract duplication and workload previously associated with negotiating, administering, and auditing multiple contracts.

has made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services a reality. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services.

The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing performance-based task orders. This unified approach allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, & approaches across the Navy’s critical service business sector.

SeaPort-e also provides a contracting vehicle to support 22 functional areas and 7 geographic zones across the United States. Additionally, support may be provided under the contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD or Joint agencies for related work. DSD Labs is prepared to provide support to the Virtual SYSCOM in all functional areas in the following zones: Northeast Region (Zone 1), National Capital Region (Zone 2), Mid-Atlantic Region (Zone 3), Gulf Coast (Zone 4), and Midwest (Zone 5).
