The Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) contracts provide the Air Force with a primary source of netcentric and IT products, services, and solutions. Use of the NETCENTS-2 contracts is mandatory for Air Force organizations. Netcents-2 includes application services support to mission areas overseen by portfolio managers, Communities of Interest (COIs), project offices, and program offices.

GSA Information Technology Schedule 70 PoP: June 2018 – June 2023
IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products, services and solutions from more than 5,000 certified industry partners.
DSD is approved for the following IT Schedule 70 Special Item Numbers:
5415S – IT Professional Services and/or labor categories for database planning and design; systems analysis, integration, and design; programming, conversion and implementation support; network services, data/records management, and testing. NOTE: Subject to Cooperative Purchasing
The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) (www.gsa.gov) is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID-IQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services including advertising and marketing solutions, business consulting services, environmental services, financial and business services, language services, logistics solutions and professional engineering solutions.
GSA created the single Professional Services Schedule (PSS) to give federal-agency acquisition professionals the ability to obtain total contract solutions for their professional services needs using a single contract vehicle. For both industry and GSA, PSS eliminates significant contract duplication and workload previously associated with negotiating, administering, and auditing multiple contracts.
SBEAS (Through LifeCycle Solutions, JV LLC.) PoP: 19 Dec 2019 – 18 Dec 2029
Summary: The Air Force Small Business Enterprise Applications Solutions (SBEAS) is the replacement Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle for Application Solutions Small Business currently in use via NETCENTS2 IDIQ. The purpose of this IDIQ Contract is to provide a vehicle for customers to access a wide range of Information Technology (IT) Network Centric services and solutions that support the IT lifecycle.

Services summary: The scope of this IDIQ includes the comprehensive suite of IT services and IT solutions to support IT systems and software development in a variety of environments and infrastructures. Additional IT services include, but are not limited to documentation operations, deployment, cybersecurity, configuration management, training, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product management and utilization, technology refresh, data and information services, information display services and business analysis for IT programs. The SBEAS IDIQ contracts are the preferred source of obtaining IT application services and solutions for the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) and CO’s shall consider the use of the SBEAS IDIQ contract vehicle first when meeting BES IT requirements. This contract vehicle is also available for use by all other Air Force MAJCOMs and other agencies that support an Air Force requirement.
